*Due to the intensive situation caused by COVID-19, packing and shipping time are seriously affected. The average processing time is delayed to around 7-14 days after your purchase, you may get your parcel in another 5-10 business days.

ORDER PROCESS
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. 
Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.


SHIPPING TIME
It typically takes 5-7 business days (USA) / 7-12 business days (rest area) after we processed the order.(shipping times do not include the processing time it takes for the order to ship out.)


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. 


TRACKING
You will receive a tracking code in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow 1 - 3 days for the shipping system to update the tracking code if it doesn't show up immediately. We are not responsible for delays in the USPS tracking system. STYONLY is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to uncontrollable events USPS errors.


DELIVERY
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

 

WHAT HAPPENS If I STILL NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER 30 DAYS?
Kindly inform us via email so we can help you to further check on your parcel status. Usually, we will offer you to resend a replacement with no additional fees. However, if you're not willing to wait anymore for replacement, we need to allow 60 days before we can immediately refund you.
